These are largely young people working to perfect their language and translation skills. Many however, are professionals in all walks of life, who simply enjoy doing small translation jobs. You supply the document to be translated, and several volunteers try to translate it. You select the work you like best. Keep the link, you never know when you might need something translated by live people. I've done advertising and notices, work documents.. all kinds of things. Also have that translator provide the appropriate terms for whatever goes in the field, for the target languages.
