Once you get the pivot table with data(Usage & charges) in seperate row against a Phone no., do following. You will find a cell named as 'Data'. Drag this Field to next right column but in between the next row. while dragging you shall find a dark black line displayed. Drop the field there. And it's done. the data now in columns. You can sort by applying standard sort from Menu.

I want to examine cell phone usage by creating a table with two data columns and several rows. Given a cell-phone bill, each row will contain the calling or called telephone number. One column will contain the total minutes spent talking to the telephone number, and the second column will contain the total charges associated with the number. The rows will be sorted in decreasing order of usage (minutes) or charges. I can make a table with this information, but I can't get the total minutes and charges to appear alongside each other as columns. Instead, the best I can do is to get them to appear as separate rows under each telephone number. Neither can I figure out how to sort the rows based on the data in the body of the pivot table. Thanks.
