NeoOffice/J 1.1 Release Candidate - Mac OSX 10.4
In Linux/Windows versions, it's found under Tools > Autocorrect >
Options. Uncheck "Capitalize first letter of every sentence" (and any
others that might be the source of behaviors you don't like.) I
assume(!) NeoOffice is the same.
