Thanks.  That one pages does show that change is needed.  Even without
study people can say that, even mono/msfters trying to hobble or cripple
the project.

However, the results do not give any direction, even remotely.
Different, more specific studies are needed to find what should be
changed or how it should be changed.

Again, there's not anything there saying to copy a failure like "the
ribbon" no matter the alternate name some may choose to try to obfuscate
it under.

What kind of evaluations have been done with users who have never
touched a computer before?
