Yes. However, in some (many?) cases it is necessary to use
restricted/purchased fonts when working on projects with others.
Unfortunately OOo doesn't allow embedding fonts in documents (with
perhaps the exception of PDF/A-1a) - see:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=20370

I've certainly no objection to using fonts that I've purchased, have
licenses for, and use in accordance with the license(s). Many are
required for some of the work that I do.
