That is correct.  (But you mean "speech").

If office was included, it's unlikely that Works would be also.

OO is more stable than Office, it's Open Code, Mutual Support and of
course free of charge.  It's part of a different culture, part of a
better world.  It also makes pdf files.  And the best people use it.
