I have a document which was created using open office. I copied and pasted bar charts from the spreadsheet program into the document however I am having problems opening the document in micorsoft office. I have tryed saving it as a word 2003 file but the document was missing the bar charts. I also tryed saving it as an xml file also with no luck. How can I save this file so I can open it in using microsoft office. I need to be able to open it at work which only uses microsoft office. Please help? Thanks...
I have had issues with charts in MS Word in the past, between different versions. It may be the same problem. What I ended up doing was saving the charts as images and then inserting the images.
Note, my issues were all Word related and not OOo related. Different versions of MS Word for Mac and Windows.
Are you sure that you didn't paste links to the charts over actual copies of the charts? Just a thought.
