If you are using Ubuntu 9.04, just right-click the ISO file and select the
option
"Burn to disc..." (be sure you have a blank DVD in your CD/DVD drive) and
 when prompted click on the Burn button
That is all.

I cannot figure how do you burn discs with Inkscape :)
