Yes I have. I'm using a word perfect type of program, and it just won't print an understandable version of the letter I've typed. Any suggestions? Thanks! Kathy

I have a new HP computer and printer. I have used OpenOffice to type a letter to someone and when I print the letter out all the copy has is two pages of zeros. What can I do to fix this, I compose a lot of letters and if I can't print copies to send this program is no good for me. Please help! Thank you!

Have you been able to print out of other programs successfully?
