Then I created a PDF by printing to a file (with Acrobat 9 as my default
printer) and then running the resulting .PRN file through Acrobat Distiller.
This process always works fine with MS Word 2003 (and previous).
I do not have Distiller to try but, why "print" to a "prn" file? If you
export to PDF there should be no problem.
