Patricia, Vista often places downloaded setup files in a «Downloads» folder
under «Administrator» or a user name. If you there find the .exe file
mentioned by Barbara above to start the installation process. Thereafter the
process should proceed automatically, and when it's finished you should see
an OOo icon under «Programmes». Click it to open a menu with the various
components of the OpenOffice Suite («Writer», for example, is the OOo
counterpart to MS Office «Word») and select the programme you wish to use.
