Well, basically you will be using Drag n Drop. So in one scenario, copy the block of cells you want to move into base. Drag these to the TABLE object you want to copy them to in the Base file. When you drop them on the table the Copy Data wizard starts. One of the options is to APPEND the data to the table. Hope that helps.
