I'm trying to not be gulible, but can someone shed some light on this:
http://www.openofficemouse.com/pr110609.html
I notice that there is no Sun or OOo logos, so it really does not look
official. Noticed here:

When I first saw reports on the «OpenOffice mouse», I couldn't help
thinking
that it was a spoof - 18 buttons ?!! Notice also that the URL is not
something on the order of «openoffice.org/mouse...», which one would
expect
if the mouse was an OpenOffice.org project, but rather
«openofficemouse.com...» But who knows ?...

I checked on the domain using whois.sc and whoever set up this domain in
Dec 2008 they have set it up with privacy on it.
The domain currently expires in Dec 2009
In contrast OpenOffice.org is owner by Sun microsystems ltd
It definitely looks a spoof
I actually held this mouse in my hands at the OOoCon in Italy last week.
It exists and it seems to work. I talked to the guy that invented the
mouse. The mouse be used with other software too of course and yes it
had a lot of buttons and even a thumb joystick at the left side. I
haven't actually seen it in action.
