Yes, Anders knows that; his point was to make that the _default_
behavior when text is selected. FWIW, other word processors and editors
do that - and if you think about it, isn't that the only sensible
default? If you have text selected, why would the scope of your interest
be anywhere else? Having selected the text, why should you be required
to affirm that your focus is the selected text? The question is really
just this: How to make that sensible behavior the default behavior?
