[users] Toolbar customization

I can see how to customize and add an icon to the toolbar (part of what 
I want to do) but not how to make that icon activate a "specific" 
macro.  Instead I can open the macros option and then pick one to run 
manually, but I want to specify a specific macro to activate when I 
click the icon.  Does anyone know how I can accomplish this??
