Go to Tools>Customize>Toolbar and click the Add button. Go to the bottom
of the Category window, open the Macros tree and select your macro
(probably in My Macros - Standard). If there is more than one subroutine
select the one that should run 1st in the Commands window. Click the Add
button.
You can use the up/down arrows to position the item on the toolbar. You
can use the Modify button to select an icon for the macro.
Click OK.
