If you Google "error 1330" (without the quotes), you'll see some posts
about a problem with installing the Java Runtime Environment (JRE),
which is part of most of the OOo installation packages. The discussion

I was having this problem until I registered the data1.cat file's
certificate under "Trusted Publishers." Check this article out:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822798
"Method 7" is what worked for me, although I didn't have to turn off the
trusted publisher lockdown.
