Eastersealshouse, do you know the folder to which files are downloaded by default on your machine ? Some download to the desktop (which soon becomes very cluttered), others to a folder called »Downloads« (a more appealing solution). Have you looked there for the installation file, which, if as I presume, you are running a Windows box, is denominated «OOo_3.1.1_Win32Intel_install_en_US.exe» ? If you don't find it, you can always perform a search for it from your Windows «Start menu». When you do find the fille, double-click it to start the installation process....
