Hi Lawrence.
I assume you mean that the program has taken up disc space rather than RAM.
The download must have been put somewhere on your computer. If you can
search for a file that should probably start OOo_3.1.1 (assuming you
downloaded the latest version). The US/UK version with Java is
OOo_3.1.1_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe. This may very if you have
chosen without JRE or a different language set.
In order to put it into your "all programs" you need to run the install.
So when you have found the downloaded file simply double-click the file
and then it shoudl run and install.
