In other words, can one have a template for a master document? And while I'm on the subject, is there any way to create styles so that they are available in any document, in the same way that the standard styles are available? Or is it a case of converting one of the standard ones that you know you're never going to use - like Header 9 for example - without, perhaps even renaming them?
