Thanks, TI.  How do you create your master document from your template?  I have 
File/New/Master Document and I have File/New/Templates and Documents, but I 
can't see Templates under the former nor Master Documents under the latter.

I'm assuming, since we're talking master documents here, that the comprehensive 
template will be called Book-template or similar, since that's what I want it 
for.
