No... I didn't see if they have an issue about this problem. But I think
that is a new bug because in the last versions didn't appear.
The bug is only in the Writer - in Calc, Impress or Draw is ok.

Using 3.2 under Ubuntu it seems to be working properly - using Draw
then tried Writer, so I'm betting your are using Writer also.
Looks like a bug but not from the change to font size alone, if any
part of the grahpic is outside of the page boundaries I can select it
again - but I can not select it using any part of the graphic inside
the page boundaries. Put it all in the page area and I can not select
it at all, and all of this only after editing the text size property.
Have you looked to see if there is already an issue on this?
