Hi,

I followed your instructions to install sot645mi.dll . When I try
to copy, or move, the new file from "My Documents" directory to
".../OpenOffice.org114/program" directory, I am told the file is
already used and am requested to close all programs. At that time I
have no other program open, I just restarted the PC.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your help.

I've run into a similar problem with Windows, and it drives me batty. Isn't there some way to force write ops in Windows? Or even remove the
filelock from the registry or somesuch?

I dream of the day when I can, using Windows, delete and rename files
at will... Until then, I'll keep using Unix.
Quick question : did you stop the Quikstarter before copying the file ?
