Dear OO Guru I recently upgraded OO from 2.4 to 3.2. Ran the installation, then on the first use it loaded a welcome screen, asking if I wanted to load my previous profile etc (I said no and typed in my name etc), then finally asking me to register. No matter which of the 3 registration options I click the machine then immediately just reboots, on reloading of windows it says"... has recovered from a serious error - send/don't send etc". The process repeats itself when clicking the OO starter icon on the desktop.
I checked your forums for this issue and found suggestions to remove/rename previous profile folders under my documents\....\application data\ openoffice.org but this had no effect at all. Can you help with this issue? I've now uninstalled 3.2 and tried to roll back to 2.4 but now this doesn't work either. OS Win XP SP3. Plenty of RAM and HDD space. PLEASE HELP, I really don't want to have to revert to MS Office. Many thanks Adam Harrower
