HTH, Actually, not true.  WinXP has the unzip built into it, so you can double click on the downloaded zip file (its icon appears as a folder & zipper) which when you double click on it, will open and show the files.  Double click on the install, and it installs.  I did this with Beta 104 and also now with Beta 109.
