Not sure what you mean by that, could you explain? Most likely, this
could be accomplished in a single page style by inserting an
appropriate field, either predefined or custom. You might check the

to see if that helps.
I have level 1 and level 2 headings and I want the header to have the
last visible level 1 heading in the header (maybe the first level 2
