Also, you should be able to specify an offset for page numbers (double
click the page no. field to open dialog), so you could start each
chapter with the proper number. If the number of pages in a chapter
changed, you'd have to manually change the offsets in all following
chapters. The offset feature seems a little flaky, however. That may
just be a problem with my own installation. A master document is a
better way to do it.
