OOo 3.1.1 on Win XP Pro I have a Calc spread sheet. I want each cell to be over- or under-lined (the same for all cells but I don't mind which) to make the thing easier to read on the printed page. I do the following:
- Select all the cells - Format>Cells>Borders - Choose a line style and position it at the top of the cell to give an overline - Ensure the line's colour is black - Click OK The result is that only the first row is overlined. Same thing with underline (position the border at the bottom of the cell); only affects the first row.
