Greetings, I hope this email finds you well.

I find no place in your post where you say what version of Open Office.org
you are using, so I'll use my setup for this discussion.

I am using Open Office.org 3.2 on Windows Vista. One of the most loved
features of OO, for me, is that I can magnify the screen.  To do this I go
down to the bottom tool bar, at far right, where I find a text box
containing a percentage value (for example 78%). By increasing this value
I can raise the magnification to what ever value I need.

For me this makes OOo invaluable!
