Thanks, Mark, for a little understanding. I looked through all the menus twice. I checked help, I looked at the online user manual, and I Googled before posting my question. I had no idea that this feature was called the help agent, so nothing turned up in my search. Altogether, I probably spent over half an hour trying to find the answer myself. When I looked at the Options panel, I checked under OpenOffice.org Writer and OpenOffice.org Writer/Web. It never occurred to me to look under OpenOffice.org because I was focusing on a feature of Writer.
