    If I may answer your question, Red Hat 9.0 is FREE. The $10 per CD 
is the price that Internet Cafe charges for downloading the ISO image 
for each CD. Considering that each CD contains about 680 MB of data, it 
could take 75 minutes or more to download one CD (@150 KB/sec).
