Non-US versions are in the localized file on the mirrors.
Not yet they aren't!

Yes they are!
The non-US versions that have passed QA are on the mirrors in the
localized files. If you look at the page
http://download.openoffice.org/other.html you can see which languages
are available now.
Where? I see 3.2.0 and 3.1.1 but no 3.2.1.
As I said before, languages that have passed QA are in the localized
folder and are listed on the http://download.openoffice.org/other.html
page. If 3.2.1 is not listed for your lanquage, it has not yet passed
the QA package.

This rather has lost the point.
When I try to download from www.openoffice.org main page I use the
"Available for download" link. I then click on "Download OpenOffice
3.2.1" on the next page and there is then a missing link as the OOo UK
3.2.1 version is not yet available.
I am OK as I know my way around and can find and download the US version
that I have used when OOo UK has been unavailable. Someone new may
simply abandon using OOo as there should be a better result than a
missing link page.
Thanks
Rob
