[users] assistance required

[first name last name]

I have just downloaded open office and I cannot get a complete print,  
is there something obvious I'm not doing.
I am using OS 10.4.11 and trying to print to a HP D4060.
Every way I print I get usually the first seven or eight lines then  
nothing.
I'm fairly new to all this can someone please point me towards a  
solution
