Which of the different parts of OpenOffice are you using? I suspect it
is Calc but it could be Writer.
Also could you please specify the version of OOo you are using as that
can make a difference.

This sounds like a print range has been set (perhaps accidentally). Try
in your open document to select all, FORMAT -> PRINT RANGE ->
DELETE. Now try to print and let us know what happens.
