The first thing that I do is to modify bootstraprc to create it's own
folder. In the past I've had issues with parallel versions when I didn't
do this. You might want to modify bootstraprc for each & then see if it
makes a difference.

Modify:
$ cat /opt/ooo-dev3/program/bootstraprc
[Bootstrap]
BaseInstallation=${OOO_BASE_DIR}
InstallMode=<installmode>
ProductKey=OOo-dev 3.3
UserInstallation=$SYSUSERCONFIG/.ooo-dev/3

to

$ cat /opt/ooo-dev3/program/bootstraprc
[Bootstrap]
BaseInstallation=${OOO_BASE_DIR}
InstallMode=<installmode>
ProductKey=OOo-dev 3.3
UserInstallation=$SYSUSERCONFIG/.ooo-devm18/3

or similar & restart OOo. Then modifty the one for m19 etc.
