Some items in the doc are links.
When clicking on them I can jump to other chapters or sections of the
document.
Is there any button / keyboard short cut to navigate back?
I'm basically looking for the equivalent of a BACK button in a web browser.
Alt + Left arrow works in OOo 3.2.0 on Windows Vista (and in many web
browsers). You can then jump forward again with Alt + Right arrow.
