Einde, I'm not much of a Microsoft fan, but perhaps you can find a solution
to your problem from the following advisory :
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/236427 . In any event, it is definitely not
the case that in Windows OS, like Vista, on has to call one's admin account
»Administrator«, so the problem lies  elsewhere. I suggest you give the
above MS advisory a whirl - good luck !...
