Hi Tom,
The problem could very well be you connection speed/bandwidth. The
Windows install is 148 megs.
Visit http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/ and see if you can find
someone local that will send you a CD or find a place that will allow
you high speed access to the Internet so that you can complete the
download.
