Do you have access to a broadband internet connection (school, library,
work etc.)? If so, you can download there and copy to a CD or flash
drive. Failing that, there are vendors who sell it on CD for a nominal
amount or you may find a CD included with some magazines.

If you go that route, make sure you get a recent version (currently
3.2.1). Also, we cannot vouch for any of those vendors.
