C. About the HTML reader.
I recently downloaded Ranish's patition mananger
and a boot mgr known as XOSL115, whose
documentation came in HTML, not MSDOS, even
though it is a DOS product, and you are
supposed to install it from a DOS Floppy.
You should be able to read and HTML file in any web browser.
