I have been using your products for a year now, and I've become familiar with them. Recently I downloaded your 3rd edition, which worked wonderfully for a week or so. It still functions normally with one exception. The computer no longer identifies the program... when I am using the program I loose all of my desktop icons, and the top ribbon that features choices like: FILE, EDIT, VIEW, WINDOW, INSERT, etc. That whole ribbon is gone, which limits what I can do with it. Is this a common problem, and how do I fix it?
