The same conditions that were used during installation will have to be used to uninstall. If you are your own "administrator" you'll need to run that way again when using Add/Remove Programs (or the equivalent) to uninstall. You also need to be sure that OOo is not running -- turn the QuickStarter off if it's on, and use the Task Manager to end any soffice.bin process that is running.
