I am not sure what your problem is, but any limitation is larger
than 13. I put the books of the Old Testament into a single master doc.
That's 39 total. And, yes I used the Navigator to do this.
Here is one guess. Perhaps some of the chapters are not using the
same template as all the others?

Thanks. I'm at a loss, but at some point I simply got out of the doc and
started afresh, and the problem was gone. And no, I was creating all docs
with the same template.
So, I guess it was a false alarm to some degree, and at least I can't
replicate it...
