Apologies to the list. I intend to discontinue with this issue. It is clear no
further benefit would result.
Do not be discouraged though; plenty of others here are grateful for
hints and tips. Enquirers seem to fall into three camps - those who
receive an answer and are never heard from again, those who say a very
polite thank you (more power to them!), and those who argue about the
response. The last is possibly the most depressing.
