ADDENDUM:

I just looked at;  OOo_3.2.1_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe

It is Digitally Signed, issued to Oracle [Sunday, May 23, 2010 11:22:52 PM] 
with Verisign 
being the CA. and the digital certificate is valid until; Monday, January 16, 
2012.
