I have installed an open source web conferencing server called BigBlueButton on an 64bit ubuntu server (10.04). bbb uses openoffice headless servert to convert uploaded office documents into PDF format for the presentation.
the conversion works for english language documents, but i am having trouble when converting Japanaese language documents. I believe this is a language/font setting issue with the openoffice headless server.
