Hi, I am experiencing the same problem with my Java. Have you found a way to solve this problem? If you have, I would appreciate it so much if you could pass the solution onto me. I just turned my final research paper into my Instructor at the University I attend. I was so disheartened to see that the headers and page numbers were not saved in my file. Ultimately what happened is my paper was received without this info. This could adversely cost me a grade. I am wondering if this has anything to do with the Java issue.
Thank you for your time. I sure hope there is a solution to this problem without having to re-install the entire program.
