I have made three attempts this morning to install OO 3.3 resulting in failure - the attached error message preventing the program opening. I have now uninstalled it and re-installed OO 3.2 which (thankfully) seems OK. In my many years of downloading/installing numerous versions of OO, this is the first time I have experienced failure - though I have read letters from other users experiencing problems from time to time. Can anyone out there assist this veteran user with this problem please - as I will be most grateful Thank you John B
