Dear Authors:
I have a simple problem I haven't figured out how to resolve, but I know
you can help me: I've spent many hours trying to figure this out! to no
avail. (I'm a new user.)
My problem: I created a document in Writer that is 33 pages long; however,
it is only 32 pages in length.
I want my document to be 32 pages long, not 33.
[ I used the First Page Style for the first page
followed by a Page Break on page 2 with a header and number Field inside it,
and a
New Style created by me for the rest of the document: pages 2 through 32
are the same style: they have a header and a page number field. ]
My Question: How do I get rid of page 33?
Note: The first document I ever created in Writer was perfect: it was 28
pages long and I had no problems... I did note, however, in this second
document of 33 pages that "the next page" being created was being created way
too early---much earlier than the first document created a "new page."
I know the solution must be very simple, but I'll be damned if I can figure
it out.
