I have a repeating problem with open office when it is called from
thunderbird to open a document. It gives a "bug report" with the
instruction to copy and paste it into a bug report. I have spent a lot
of time trying to do just that. I get totally inappropriate and
inconsistent messages when I try to log in, get a new password, use the
new password, etc. For example, I try to sign in and am told there is no
such userid or email. When I then try to subscribe using the same userid
or email, I am told those names are already taken.

If this note actually gets to the users mailing list (is not rejected) I
will provide the actual bug report.
